Same Day Delivery
Monday to Friday
Same day delivery by a Fresh Flowers and Gifts Florist is guaranteed throughout Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 2pm in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.
Same day delivery by a Fresh Flowers and Gifts Florist is guaranteed throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 12:00pm in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.
Saturday
Same day delivery by a Fresh Flowers and Gifts Florist is available throughout Australia and New Zealand on orders placed before 11am in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.
Same day delivery by a Fresh Flowers and Gifts Florist is available throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland on orders placed before 10:30am in the recipient's time zone. Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.

Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network and its Members reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and containers worldwide.
When a florist Member receives a flower order from Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network, every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and color and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. Specific flower types may be indicated on the order, either by actual description or in the content of an item from the Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network Selection Guide .
Fresh Flowers and Gifts, Petals Network Pty Ltd and its Members reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and containers worldwide. This outlines Petals Network's Policy for Order Substitutions as a guideline for florist Members.
When a florist Member receives a flower order from Petals Network, every effort must be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and colour and using any flower varieties specified, according to the order description. Specific flower types may be indicated on the order, either by actual description or in the content of an item from the Petals Network Selection Guide.
In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Except where the selling florist has indicated that there be no substitution, Petals members will always give priority in decreasing order of importance to:
1. delivery time of the order, followed by
2. colour preferences, followed by
3. the overall style of the arrangement, followed by
4. specific flower varieties
Flowers of a similar shape, size and value but different type and colour may be used if other flowers in the arrangement substitute for that colour and the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained.
In arrangements of a single flower variety (eg rose bouquet), the flower variety will take precedence over colour.
Quality complaints must be received within 2 weeks of delivery. A photo is highly recommended for quick resolution to quality complaints. Non delivery complaints must be received within 2 months of the delivery date. Complaints received after this time frame will be considered on an individual basis.
Petals recommends that Members encourage their customers to indicate a second choice in their order description to allow for any difficulty in supplying the order to exact specification.
Orders must always be done to the full retail value of the order.
FOR NEXT-DAY GIFT BASKET DELIVERIES (Australian delivery)
All gift baskets listed on www.Fresh Flowers and Gifts.com.au are available for next business day delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Major Metropolitan Cities. Orders must be placed with Fresh Flowers and Gifts by 12pm for next business day delivery.
Deliveries to Perth, Darwin and Hobart can sometimes take an extra day.
Deliveries to Regional Queensland may take 1-2 business days. Deliveries to Canberra and Regional New South Wales may take 2 business days.
Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Deliveries are NOT made on weekends or public holidays.
Recipient "Not at Home"
Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network and its Members are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the customer, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order form for delivery.
If there is a contact phone number on the order form,the supplying florist may contact the recipient to check if they are at the location before they attempt to deliver the gift. If there is no phone number provided on the order form, the supplying florist will attempt to deliver the gift on the specified delivery date.
If the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, the supplying florist will try to leave a "not at home" card at the recipient's location. This card explains the situation and asks the recipient to contact the supplying florist. Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network and its Members will do their utmost to deliver the gift at a later date if the recipient replies to the "not at home" card.Additional delivery charges may apply if the supplying florist has to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may have to collect the order at the florist's premise.
Fees and Charges
Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network includes all fees and charges in the value shown on our websites. You will pay no more than what you see on the product/catalogue pages.We won't add anything on on the last step of the shopping cart!
These fees include a delivery fee (of which 100% goes to the florist for delivery of the order), a service or handling fee and a Credit Card clearing fee to cover the cost of offering a credit card service; part of which is a fee charged by the credit card clearing company (which is 2.5% of Australian website Orders and 4.5% for the rest of the world).
Non-Deliveries
Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network and its members will try their best to deliver any gift, but we do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs
* Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift
* Address provided is incorrect
* Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to the "not at home" card left by our florist
If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery has been made.
Cancellations
Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network cannot cancel any order that has already been made up by the supplying florist, even if the florist has not delivered the order. If the cancellation request is made before make up, then Fresh Flowers and Gifts may be able to cancel the order. However, Fresh Flowers and Gifts cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
Refunds
Is is not normally Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network policy to refund the price of the product. However, as every customer and gift are individual, (and therefore may require a decision on a case-by-case basis), please contact Fresh Flowers and Gifts so we can determine the best solution to the problem. Fresh Flowers and Gifts is also able to provide other solutions, such as resending the gift, or resending a different gift of the same value.
Time Sensitive / Difficult Deliveries
Due to the difficult nature of delivering for the following events/places, Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network and its supplying florists cannot guarantee delivery. While we will try our best to make sure that your gift is received at the event/place, we do advise you to include a secondary address for delivery. The recipient of the gift must be available at this address after the end of the event.
Delivery to difficult and remote areas may incur extra delivery, above that already allowed in the flower value. The payment of extra delivery is the responsibility of the customer and orders can not be delivered without such payment.
If a delivery should not be made after a certain time (for example, if the recipient is leaving the hotel), please either provide an alternative delivery address within the same delivery area or advise that the order should be cancelled in the NOTES section at the bottom of an order form.
We do not guarantee delivery to the following timed events :
* Funerals
* Wedding Receptions
* Parties
* Functions
We do not guarantee delivery to the following place
* Hospitals (especially Intensive Care Units)
* Ships
* Jails
* Secure Buildings
* Hotels
Note that if the alternate delivery address is in a different area, and therefore requiring the services of a different florist, Fresh Flowers and Gifts may not be able to assist with the redirection.
Timed Deliveries
While we offer customers the opportunity to nominate a preferred time of delivery, including "as soon as possible" (ASAP), it is not possible to guarantee that these times will be achieved. Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network uses a network of local florists around the world to deliver flowers so that you get the freshest possible gift. Consequently, there are often local reasons why an order can not be delivered within your preferred time frame.
We suggest you restrict your requests to AM or PM delivery or ASAP if that is important to you. Such deliveries can only be made during local business hours.
Also, it is usually possible though not guaranteed to deliver on a Saturday up to noon. It is not usually possible to deliver on Saturday afternoon or Sunday or on national public holidays.
If the flowers are for a timed event like a funeral, the florists will do their best to assist. However, we strongly recommend that you give an alternative address so the flowers can be delivered there if too late for the timed event.
If a delivery should not be made after a certain time (for example, if the recipient is leaving the hotel), please either provide an alternative delivery address within the same delivery area or advise that the order should be cancelled in the NOTES section at the bottom of an order form.
Note that if alternative delivery address are in a different area, and therefore requiring the services of a different florist, Fresh Flowers and Gifts may not be able to assist with the redirection.
Alcohol
Fresh Flowers and Gifts does not guarantee the delivery of alcohol with all purchases. The laws regarding the sending of alcohol with flowers are very complicated.
Why Fresh Flowers and Gifts does not guarantee the delivery of alcohol with all purchases:
1. Fresh Flowers and Gifts is unable to guarantee the recipient of the gift is over the legal age in that state or country
2. The recipient of the gift may have certain religious beliefs
3. Certain countries or States have laws that prohibit the sending of alcohol
4. Certain countries or States require Fresh Flowers and Gifts florists to possess a licence to send alcohol with flower orders
If you place an order that includes alcohol and Fresh Flowers and Gifts is not able to deliver the alcohol because of one of the reasons stated above, our florists will replace the alcohol (to equal value) with flowers or gift items that suit your order. You will not be advised of this replacement.
Please note that you are able to nominate a second gift preference when placing an order that includes alcohol.
Recipient
For the purposes of this document the 'recipient' is the intended receiver of a flower or gift contracted by the 'customer' to Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network. The recipient may be an individual or non-corporate entity.
What type of personal information will be collected?
Fresh Flowers and Gifts will lawfully collect and store personal information about a recipient, as provided by a customer, that is practicable to complete the order. Personal information including name, address and phone number will be collected by Fresh Flowers and Gifts about a recipient when a customer places an order directly with Fresh Flowers and Gifts via the Internet, by phone, by fax or by email, or through a contractor that collects the information on behalf of Fresh Flowers and Gifts.
How will the personal information be used?
Personal information collected about the recipient by Fresh Flowers and Gifts will be used for the primary purpose for which it was collected and for any secondary purpose if it is directly related to the primary purpose, or in a way that the customer and recipient would reasonably expect the information to be used. The primary purpose for collecting personal information about a recipient is to facilitate the delivery of an order. The personal information of the recipient will be disclosed to a contractor that supplies a floral delivery service for Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network, in Australia or overseas.

Quality Assurance
Fresh Flowers and Gifts Network is comprised of florists and relay organisations around the world. Every effort is made to deliver flowers and gifts on the day requested and in a condition that reflects the high standards set by Fresh Flowers and Gifts for its network of florists and floral relay organisations.

Fresh Flowers and Gifts Club
Fresh Flowers and Gifts will automatically enrol a first time buyer in the Fresh Flowers and Gifts Club (a frequent buyers' club). As a buyer, you can receive special offers, store and retrieve reminders and view your order history through the Fresh Flowers and Gifts Club. As a consequence, you may receive occasional email newsletters and special offers. These will always contain a simple device for requesting that we stop sending you such information, a request that we will honour.
